A lovely Maling embossed 'Godetia' ginger jar and cover, hand painted with yellow, pink, mauve and purple flowers on a blue waved and white mother-of-pearl lustre background. Fine bright colours and in excellent condition; no chips, cracks or restoration and showing little sign of wear. Nice to find in such good order. Printed Maling mark and painted pattern number 6553.
